Getting started

Go from a new account to a structured, synced HighLevel workspace in about five minutes.

Taggie puts a hierarchy and a naming system over the flat list of tags in HighLevel. Your structure lives in Taggie; HighLevel receives the computed tag names through a sync you can inspect.

Your tags stay here; the CRM gets a copy.

The five-minute path

1. Create a workspace

Create your account, then create the workspace that will hold this taxonomy. A workspace has its own folders, tag groups and HighLevel connection.

Your 14-day trial starts when you create this first workspace, not when you register. No card is required.

2. Connect HighLevel

Open Settings → Integrations and connect the HighLevel location that belongs to the workspace. Each workspace has its own connection.

Taggie reads the remote tags so you can sort out what already exists before sending any change back.

3. Describe the names you have

Open the import wizard and write a pattern that matches the names already in HighLevel. The wizard shows a match count and a tag-by-tag preview. Add more patterns when the account contains more than one convention.

Names that match nothing stay in a visible unmatched bucket and are skipped by default. Taggie does not guess a separator or silently force a name into the wrong structure.

Read Importing tags before adopting a large existing account.

4. Check the computed names

Set a workspace naming template such as {group} - {parts}. You can override it for a group or category where the taxonomy needs a different shape.

The preview updates while you type. Before a rule change is applied, Taggie tells you how many names would change and which names would collide.

See Naming templates for every token and the inheritance chain.

5. Sync

Review what Taggie is about to do, then sync. Status badges show what is synced, drifted, missing or in conflict. Auto-sync is on by default and batches a burst of nearby edits into one run; you can also run it manually.

Taggie stops for conflicts instead of deciding which copy wins. HighLevel sync explains every state and what to do next.
